The Manitowish Waters Lions Club is a community and social service organizationdedicated to the idea that the men and women who live in the community are in the best position to help and promote that community. The Club meets socially on a monthly schedule with its purpose and focus being to work to improve and promote the Manitowish Waters community. The Manitowish Waters Lions Club supports the Wisconsin State Lions Camp for handicapped children, scholarships for area students, the Manitowish Waters Volunteer Fire Department, the Frank B. Koller Library, eye glass distribution program and other worthwhile local charities. It is affiliated with the more then 46,000 clubs that are a part of Lions Clubs International.

Event Description
Lions Club sponsored Flea-Craft-Farm Market every Thrusday, June thru August and September weather permitting. Mid-morning to mid-afternoon. 2010 is the 5th year of this growning event. See website for details.
